Child Minding is FREE and available to all members Monday - Saturday (AM classes) bookings are made via our app.

We have 3 child educators who will take care of your child, giving you peace of mind completing your session.

We all started somewhere, we encourace everyone especially beginners to join our classes. Our coaches are trained to provide additional support if you are a beginner and challenge you further if you are advanced in your journey.

The more classes you attend, the more confident you will feel.

Many expecting mums continue to train safely under the supervision of their doctor. Our coaches attend regular training sessions to ensure we can provide alternative exercises.

Post birth mums, once cleared by their doctor, are encouranged to start training. Light sessions help release endorphins. strenghten pelvic floor and many more benifits.
